Carbon Steel H beam

H-beam is a kind of Economic section steel, which  sectional area distribution is more optimized, the  ratio of  strength to weight is more reasonable, Mechanical properties of section is more better.It is developed from the I-section steel optimization of a better section mechanical properties of the economic section steel, because its section is same as  the English letter "H" ,so be named as H-Beam. Because the various  part of H-beam is arranged at right angles, H-beam has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight in all directions, so it has been widely used.

Hot rolled steel round bar

Size:Ф20~350 Round steel belongs to carbon structural steel for construction and machinery, while square steel belongs to carbon structural steel for machinery. Both of them are simple section steel, and their section shapes are respectively round and square. Low carbon is mainly used for drawing wire, forging rivets, bolts, nuts and other metal products of raw materials. Medium carbon round steel and square steel are generally used to make mechanical structural parts.

Carbon steel plate

1. Power industry -- fan blades, burner pipelines, feeder and hopper lining, crusher parts, coal grinder parts, ash pipes, air handling systems and conveyors; 2. Have spentIron and steel industry - hopper lining, grille, feeder and base, dump truck, hopper, pipe, pump shell, crusher parts, slag trough, various chassis, vibrating screen;

Seamless Steel Pipe

This specification covers wall seamless and welded carbon and alloy steel pipe intended for use at low temperatures. The pipe shall be made by the seamless or welding process with the addition of no filler metal in the welding operation. All seamless and welded pipes shall be treated to control their micro-structure. Tensile tests, impact tests, hydro-static tests, and nondestructive electric tests shall be made in accordance to specified requirements.

Carbon steel angle

Hot dip galvanized angle steel is also called hot-dip galvanized angle steel or hot-dip galvanized angle steel. The cold galvanizing coating mainly ensures full contact between zinc powder and steel through electrochemical principle, and generates electrode potential difference to prevent corrosion. It is used to immerse the derusted angle steel in the molten zinc at about 500 ℃ to make the angle steel surface adhere to the zinc layer, so as to prevent corrosion. It is suitable for various strong acid, alkali fog and other strong corrosion environments.

Q235 Hot rolled steel plate

Q235 is carbon structural steel. Carbon structural steel can be divided into two categories: ordinary carbon structural steel and high-quality carbon structural steel. The Q in Q235 represents the yield limit of this material, and the 235 at the end refers to the yield value of this material, which is about 235MPa. Carbon structural steel is mainly used in railways, bridges, and various construction projects to manufacture various metal components that bear static loads, as well as unimportant mechanical parts and general welded parts that do not require heat treatment.

Carbon steel pipe

Carbon steel pipe is made of steel ingot or solid round steel by piercing and then hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. Carbon steel pipe plays an important role in China's steel pipe industry. The main materials are q235, 20 #, 35 #, 45 # and 16mn. The main executive standards include national standards, American standards, Japanese standards, etc. The national standards include the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Sinopec pipe fittings standards, and power pipe fittings standards.

AH36 Carbon steel plate

AH36 steel plate is a steel plate with a thickness of no more than 150 mm for the manufacture of ocean going, coastal and inland navigation ships, fishing boats and offshore engineering structures. For steel plates with Z-direction requirements, add Z25 and Z35 to the suffix, which is used as structural steel for high-strength ships and offshore engineering.
